Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a passive practice that deeply nourishes the connective tissues in the body. Poses are held for several minutes to help release tension and energy from the muscles and connective tissues. Allows the student to relax and become familiar with their body, creating a reflective pause and stillness, and create a time to go inward.
